An apprenticeship as a technical draftsman at the Eschweiler Bergwerk Verein, a company that mined hard coal underground, created the basis for the later examination of sacred geometry and the view that God created the universe according to a geometric plan. As an artist and spiritual seeker, on the one hand, works were created that strictly adhere to the geometrical conditions and permeate them, while others at the same time try to transcend their limits - playfully and with grace.
